They have NO resource limit. Box 11 are the MAGIincome levels - The Affordable Care Act changed the rules for Medicaid income eligibility for many BUT NOT ALL New Yorkers.Boxes 1 and 2 are NON-MAGIIncome and Resource levels - Age 65+, Blind or Disabled and other adults who need to use " spend-down" because they are over the MAGI income levels.They are not intuitive!!!!
